started working out consistently at home now. Can't wait till the gyms re-open. If the gyms continue to open and close - I might bite the bullet and just invest in some weights |

Bump. I couldn’t find the celltech thread so I’ll post it here. Anyone else’s social feeds totally overtaken my SARM ads? I don’t gym anymore (embraced dad bod life) and don’t follow/search gym stuff on social, but the last week has been non stop. A few companies but most dominantly ChemYo or whaever. “For research use only” lol, does that loophole actually work for Canada?? |
It does, because it's still considered a "research chemical" not for human consumption. They will close that loophole soon enough. |
SARMS were huge like 5 or 7 years ago The ones that work for bulk are basically weak steroids, in that they shut you down like steroids... Avoid those GW-501516 is the really impressive one for cutting and cardio, but its research was shut down because it gave mice cancer enough to pass that threshold. |

Gyms opened a few weeks ago but masks still required so I didn't go back. They are lifting that requirement this week so.. we'll see. I don't want to join and they start doing that again. |

Hell ya, 5-6 days a week, never stopped. Put on about 5-7lbs of muscle since 2020. Had a client lunch today, can barely fit in my dress pants/dress shirts anymore. |

Always take a pre-workout simply because I get bored with just water during my workout. I recommend Xfuel to buy your preworkout, they usually have good deals. |
Any of you meal prep? I try to meal prep for 3 days, but for some reason, by the 3rd day, the food seems to go rotten. Wondering if there's any way around this |
Umm is your fridge not cold enough? Food shouldn't be rotten in 3 days if it's sealed well and cooled sufficiently |

Maybe utilize a prep service like 2 guys 2 knives? They seal their meals, but somewhat pricy, around $15 per meal. |
