Like instead of military press, you do overhead dumbbell press one side at a time. Or single leg dumbbell deadlifts instead of standard deads. There are a lot of single limbs thrown in his programs. Yeah, the one I took was "Now foods" but not the "6:1 concentrate" but rather normal 500mg capsules. So maybe with that stuff you'd need to take much less...

-standing flap your arms like you are some massive jacked bird (dunno wtf those are called)
then Deadlifts booyah 315x4 (grip has been fucking me over hard on these)
and some farmers walk after to destroy my grip the rest of the way

Have you tried using straps yet? I'm not at that point yet, but I don't see much harm in using straps when your grip becomes the definitive limitation in some lifts. It's not like we're competing here, just want to lift as big as possible for gains right
Just don't do what the guy I saw do the other day at the gym - using straps on the lat pulldown machine
stronger grip = bigger numbers on pretty much all your lifts. even on pressing movements.
grip strength is what makes you manly. tearing phone books and a deck of cards, bending nails, opening jars, bone crushing handshakes, hauling heavy things in your hands, climbing stuff, chopping wood.
i'm also a firm believer in fixing your weaknesses/imbalances.
