did back biceps and shoulders today, was kinda tired so all around not that great of a workout. Did not deadlift today

Had a fucking killer workout. Included standing rows, db overhead press, and squats.
Doing squats, I hit that sweet spot of almost but not quite passing out or puking. Sweet!
