Taking any fish oil in pill form, you are going to be paying too much. It is handy for backups though, when you are on the road. I usually take 1 dose of Ascenta liquid at home, and 1 dose of Now Super EPA (6 pills = 1500mg DHA) when eating out. BTW DHA is the important one for us. Try to get 3000 mg per day if you're into fat loss/lean gain. In my case, that's 1 tbsp of NutraSea Liquid (normal, not HP) and 6 pills of Super EPA. |

Best freaking workout in a while. Felt great. I didn't eat since 8:00 AM and it was 2:00 PM so I decided to sample some super pump 250 from the front desk. Worked great! First thing I wanted to do was use the platform, but 2 guys were hogging the squat rack + platform and didn't want to share. So I decided to run a bit... (Didn't want to DL off the floor) 2 laps treadmill Then I noticed that they were the types who like to leave their weights idling while they walk around chat, lift else where and fiddle faddle then maybe do 1 set every 15 minutes. WTFFFF :fuuuuu: They weren't even lifting that heavy 225 lbs max shouldn't need that big of a rest. So I gave up and worked off the floor beside them. Deadlift 315 lbs 5x5, 365 lbs x2 paused singles Bent rows 135 lbs 5x5, 185 lbs 2x5 Dumbbell shrugs 115 lbs 4x5 1 lap treadmill They still left goddamn weights there doing nothing so no one can use it. Meanwhile one of them is spazzing out at some guy saying "You fucking stink, take a shower" x10 Best day for me! Passed class 5 road test + great workout at golds |

i think alot of people get confused with fish oil volume and DHA content. 1000mg pill of fish oil doesnt give you 1000mg of DHA, it gives you 100-200mg. |

pretty solid workout tonight chest, started with pin press, i always warm up with this, 45x5reps 45 45x 5reps, 45x45x45 x 5reps then did normal bench, i have been trying to see how many reps of 2 plates i can pull just cause there is a little contest with some of my buddies at the gym think i am weak from my cut haha, so i did 45 plate just to warm up for 10, then did 2 plates for 15 then i pulled out 2 plates for 17 last 2 were kinda sloppy and that was it for bench, moved onto incline dunbells, i put it on a very low incline, i find this hit my upper chest like were my neck is almost, 75x10 85x10 95x7 105x5 and finished with dips then did some legs after and tris |

FML! My suit pants fit like shit now, they are waaaaay too tight! Damn you squats and deadlifts! Luckily I have one suit I can salvage for a work convention this weekend... |

i get my fish oil from costco too. enteric coated(no fish burps). liquid one is good, but i rather just take the pills |
i've been using lighter weights cuz i want to "feel" and get the correct form... but its so depressing too... Kinda repetitive but back onto DL: I have weak legs and been doing squats to improve them for the past month. So my reg DL is weak(150) but my stiff legged is a lot more(235)... What should I do? |
^ I've been there and all it takes it time and repetition. Keep at it until you can do it in your sleep, then add on the plates little by little each week. |
