anyone got some tips for getting noticable gains in bench press? i've only been working out for almost 2 months now going 4-5 times a week, and i've only gained around +5 lbs for bench press, but for dumbell chest press, ive gone +15??? any help would be appreciated thanks |

I haven't done a flat barbell bench press since I was in high school I think. |
thats ok skinnypupp, everyone knows its always the weak guys who dont bench and have an excuse why. stick to your one legged bosu ball lunges tho. those are cool. :troll: |

Skinnypupp I don't flat bench, but I definately do close grip flat bench. What's your opinions on that. I've used it on my tri and bicep days. |
