read this thread start to finish, the FAQ thread, work out for 2 years, then come back and tell us where your bench is.
im wondering how flexible are you guys?
I stretch somewhat often and its been a while now but I still don't see much improvement. Also do you guys get a sharp pain around the joints when you are stretching your hips?
im moderately flexible. i believe there has to be a fine balance between strength, conditioning(cardio), and flexibility
And no to the sharp pains. you should probably get that checked out

thats ok skinnypupp, everyone knows its always the weak guys who dont bench and have an excuse why. stick to your one legged bosu ball lunges tho. those are cool.
Not the case yesterday. One skinny kid (who looked gay tbh) who was texting on his blackberry the whole time, taking up space at the cable machine. Then two guys and the TRAINER yukking it up sitting on empty benches shooting the shit.
At least they weren't doing curls in the squat rack. There are worst places then that gym.

What's your purpose for lifting? What's your goal?

What's wrong with that. If you keep at it you would be huge in a year. Moderate your diet especially carbs if you are getting too fat.
