haha, at the end of my bulk i think i was eating close to 8-9 calories lol, this is when shit was getting intense, well worth it and it was a fun experience

That's why none of us are as big as Halo, we're not willing/able to put in the calories which are more important than the work itself.

halo - how many calories are you eating when cutting? macro breakdown? i still need to lose about 15 lbs

i like going to the gym (except on leg days lol). i just hate having to watch what i eat

uhhhh,the frist week of cutting i reduced all carbs, and went with mostly fat, and meat, i would say i was sitting at 1500-2k calories, tons of shakes and coconut milk, not alot of water also, not that it has calories, the first week was a fucking bitch and i wanted to kill anyone i saw haha

tried out Steve Nash sports club in RIchmond beside Chop yesterday. Wasnt too impressed

Theyre catering towards the general public...so billions of machines and ONE power rack. DB's went to ~110 though at least.

day 2 of my deload today. Going to do high reps of:

Wide grip pulldown
pushups on swiss ball (stfu)
side lunges

I might do another round of bench press if I am not too exhausted by then...

OK so I can traded pushups for bench press and side lunges for deadlifts

The good news is, I can actually bench a lot more than I thought the other day. Not that it matters, of course

man i haven't been able to go to the gym cuz of finals....
and my sleeping and eating pattern's all messed from studying
but i can't wait till they're over cuz im just gunna horde out eating gym and sc2

how low did you keep your carbs? pre/post workout carbs only??

I'm using a Blackberry App called Gym Technik. It's going great so far. There a lot of predefined work out routines to target the muscle groups you want. You can also make your own work out. Anyone using this at the moment? I'm curious to know about your results. I've been getting leaner and a little more bulkier. My shirts are starting to feel a little tight.

I doubt he ate clean for the entire 9000 calories. Fast food would definitely make the task easier.

it was clean for the first 7 months, then the last 3-5 months i guess it was a bit dirty but i could still see abs and i dont think i ever went over 13-15 % body fat

Lol I remember when I tried to bulk on the calories 3 years ago. Force feed! Ended up having to go number 2 three times a day. Now I just try to eat a small meal every few hours. As much as I like eating, I don't like spending so much time in the washroom 1x a day is good enough.

i dont know how many calories a buddy of mine used to eat, but him and another guy were heavilly into bodybuilding for like 3-4 years, basically amateur body building shows etc. both had potentially to do it full-time

he cranked, but obviously had to eat like a cow to keep his weight up, he went from 145lb's in gr.11/12 in highschool to 230 about 3.5 years later, when he went to work he would bring 2 of the large tupper ware containers with 5-6 chicken breasts per container, he would use a rice maker 2 times in the morning to make his afternoon meals, with packs of corn/peas etc. and add in shakes etc. throughout the day in between the meals, then dinner was another story

i wish i could find some picture of when he was 145 and when he was 230 lol

i did not just suddenly eat 9000 calories a day lol, and for people think that i am rich cause i can afford to eat like how i did well im not rich but i am not poor, people spend 10 dollars on drinks , making it rain at the club , going out for dinner ,spending 100 dollars on ed hardy faggit shirts, people drop money hard on the stupidest shit, i spent my money on food to get fucking jacked,

the reason why my bulked worked so well is cause it was more or less a second life for me, writing down every meal, count calories and making sure i got the calories i needed for that day, and training of course and sleep, it is not fucking magic and i am not rain man, it is simple basic stuff that people do not follow and think there is some miracle pill that gets you jacked, i gained almost 100 pounds in 2 years. and just took of 80 pounds 2 months ago

I am not going to put what i use to eat cause the people that actually post in this thread know what i use to eat, it was worth every calories to were i am today
