just found out my indoor soccer league is moving out of a gym and into a brand new state of the art synthetic indoor field in january. fuck ya!!!
i dont know how big it is, i hope its no bigger. its 5 on 5 including goalies. real fast paced, line changes on the fly. plays alot like hockey. you want cardio? you wont get cardio like this

did my first chest workout last Sunday, and man i am still so fucking sore, then did legs on Monday and i usually ride my bike around for cardio on off days and i can not put my leg over my bike haha , i got a full body sore of like nub shit hahha

On a sidenote, there's now a workout supp stronger than 1MR
Its by Allmax, Razor8 blast powder. In my need for more pre-workout, I went to reflex and really couldnt decide what to get and I stood there like an idiot for like 10 mins trying to decide.
After a while I said fuck it and just grabbed the razor8 when I remembered the guy mentioning that it was new.
When I got home I researched it and the guys over on bodybuilding.com said it has 374mg of caffeine!!!! WTF
Gonna try this stuff tonight

had superdump, 1/2 scoop for the first time in 2? 3? months, didnt really add much to my workout,
but i didnt get to sleep until 3am and then i slept like shit

I figured I'd use a tiny bit more than half a scoop since I was pretty much using a full serving of 1MR. It took about 30-40 mins for it to kick in, I had slight jitters but it wasnt a crazy type of jitter I got with 1MR. I felt more controlled? If that makes any sense, but I noticed a more linear energy boost which seemed to last my entire workout.
With 1MR I found I'd have HUGE energy in the beginning then I'd start to die down a bit about halfway through.
Taste is pretty good too
