How is fitxpress on 1st av and commercial? |
fuck getting back into is harder then i thought, yikes. I am eating fine and sleeping right just dont have that intensity as when i left before new york, alot of my lifts are down but i think i should be back to normal in 2 weeks, almost had a hernia trying to do 3 plates on bench haha |

its crazy how i see myself working out until the day i die kinda thing, and like i have pretty impressive numbers for lifts well for most, and like i still have 30 years of solid lifting left but how it take ages to get to like 7 plates on bench and squats and deads and stuff like that, and how your body still has so much more to grow, was just talking to some guy at the gym about it today for a bit, its like a uphill battle for ever haha |
its a super uphill battle that starts with "wanting to feel better" but leaves you feeling 70% all the time (something always sore or whatever). then you remember that 70% of what you're worth now is still 5 times what you were before you started. |

always go with a partner. focus doesnt mean shit if you're lifting below your capabilities because you dont have a spotter. |

me and rrxtar train together if you can avoid chatting about BS and just put work in, having a spotter that knows you and what you lift is way better than some random at the gym |
