Where is the best fitness world?? The one i go to in coq is not that good.. DB only go to 95 lbs and no power rack for doing squats.. i dont like doing squats without any safety.. the world gym by my house goes to 160lb dumbbells!!! but i dont think they have a power rack either.. |

I'm in ottawa right now for a few months and the only gym I have access to does not have a squat rack... so I can't do squats... but they have a smith machine though. Is that a good enough alternative? I know the smith machine restricts movement and isn't as natural so stabilizer muscles aren't really involved but then a leg press is the same thing eh. edit nevermind I found my answer here http://stronglifts.com/squat-no-powe...teinborn-lift/ |
there is exactly 0 chance in hell i would ever attempt a Steinborn Lift. that looks like a great way to tear your back and knees apart. |
