anyone know of a diet cola etc. that doesnt use aspartame? according to keto/atkins etc. aspartame is a no-no and anything that uses splenda is prefered, but if i cant find a cola etc. id rather drink water than the flavoured water etc

i wasnt gonna go gym but then i read this thread, so excited .. first time squatting 2 plates ass to ground and i did it 6x. Guess my max just turned into my new starting weight. Fuck yeah!
What are good mass building bicep exercises? I've ignored my biceps completely since I started working out, and today was my first day where I actually did biceps and it was just awful. I tried to do "21's" to finish my bicep workout and turned them into "12's" because I couldnt even raise the bar LOL.
They're on fire right now, but am I the only one who feels their biceps cramping up like crazy whenever I work them out? I think thats why I avoid it. There comes a point in every bicep workout where they just completely give out and start cramping really fast even under light weights.
Started a new workout program today.
Squats, Bench, Rows, 5x5
According to the program, I started with pretty low weights today. Felt so lazy, then walked around not doing much while friends finished up. One of the more disapointing workouts.

just do biceps after back, just get a straight pipe and add weight and do 10 sets or something, i never really do biceps that much since i work them pretty hard with back day
does every1 in here listen to music when they workout?? ive never really needed music to workout most of the time i find it distracting but every now and then i like to listen
ahhh did back and some calves yesterday and feeling great this morning. calves are a bit tender but feels good. hope to get chest back into a nice shape and have nice abs this year =]

5x5 Program? Aren't you suppose to be doing 80% of your 1RM?

went to sportscentral for first time today. not a bad place except the weights being all over the place is a bit annoying. killed shoulders and biceps today. feels good
