w0w have not done bench in 2 months, just been focusing on dun bells and i pulled 3 45plates on each side for 1 rep today, almost shit my pants but i did it. perfect rep has been helping tons. and anaconda;) jk |

I had a bicept day today. My arms are the strongest they've ever been right now :) I'm able to do declines with 1 plate each side with an ez grip bar, but only 4 reps But no matter what my bis never seem to grow! WTF! |

I like seated more, when I stand I find I have more tendency to stray from "good form" and use my legs to push more than I should.. I feel it alot more with seated as well |

im doing sets of two 45s plus a 10 per side plus 20lb bar for 220lbs in the smith machine. wish we had a rack so i could do propper bar bell presses. fuckin love heavy shoulders |
