but i don't stray away from dead lifts squats and major compound exercise were u make your most gains

have not done bench in 2 months, just been focusing on dun bells and i pulled 3 45plates on each side for 1 rep today, almost shit my pants but i did it. perfect rep has been helping tons. and anaconda jk

ive gotten a little light headed once in a while on squats or deads but never to the point of eating a dumbell haha.

I had a bicept day today. My arms are the strongest they've ever been right now
I'm able to do declines with 1 plate each side with an ez grip bar, but only 4 reps
But no matter what my bis never seem to grow! WTF!

I like seated more, when I stand I find I have more tendency to stray from "good form" and use my legs to push more than I should..
I feel it alot more with seated as well

im doing sets of two 45s plus a 10 per side plus 20lb bar for 220lbs in the smith machine. wish we had a rack so i could do propper bar bell presses.
