anybody that goes to sportscentral want to tell me where and how many fucking clips there are in the place. i swear to god, i've only seen 1 pair of barbell clips in the entire place! i'm really considering buying my own clips and bringing them.
i've seen one, ah-haha, two ah-haha. three ah-haha. three pairs of clips.
what's more annoying to me is how i have to hunt down plates all over the place. i can deal with it when i'm paying $8 a month.
no green tea tea bags and creatine, take the tea bag out before u put the creatine in it, it will fully dissolve. with grape juice it will not fully dissolve
^ Also, make sure you buy the micronized one. If you are bulking add dextrose or sugar.

Try moisturizer .. must be a dhillon thing, i got nasty ass cracked hands too ... this sounds gay as hell, but what I'm trying to do now is apply vaseline before I go to sleep + wear cotton gloves (cheap $1 ones) over top so I don't get vaseline all over my bed. Slightly improving thus far.
ive been doing, IMO, the BEST thing you can do for your hands while deadlifting with chalk. wrap 2 or 3 wraps of hockey tape over that callous ridge. takes 2 seconds. chalk sticks to it.
and ive got landscaper hands. and i keep em soft as a babys ass. chicks dig a strong soft hand.

Ya, I don't think I've come across raw plain almonds. Then again, I haven't really seriously looked for them.

I was being facetious. He did two sets, a 15 then a 10; as if he knew what he was doing and meant to do a reverse pyramid. Perhaps it's more like a reverse pedestal or something.

only 80% of gym memberships are used regularly, give it time and it'll die down a lot. I got a membership there too I'm just running out my fitness world contract before registering my coupon.
