i'm too lazy to quote, so i'll just list them off

-the thicker bars at sport central can be used for grip training, even though it's not thick enough. also increases the surface area touching your hand, less strain for you.

-they got a jacob's ladder, what looks like a new smith machine, new dip belts, a lot more dumbells, more plates(without the rubber dipping). But somehow there's still no new pins, bars and clips. or a real glute ham raise.

-for the situation, get used to people swooping in and stealing plates.

-the nasty guy injected what's called synthol.

i work harder for sure
so i was jsut saying "well they must be cheating"
and carrying on with my day

so maybe 2 weeks ago i thought about where i want to be in the summer, what i want to work on and how much i hope to be lifting and what i need to do to get there

seems to be some pretty basic changes are pushing me through a mental plateau, so maybe its not that everyone else is cheating

maybe its just im a lazy pile and to get where i want to be, i need to get off my ass

cook half a weeks worth of meals at once, use tupperware to organize so it takes 10 seconds to put a proper meal together. for 2 weeks now ive been working this system, and combined with getting proper amounts of sleep (or trying) i feel better and much more confident about my goals, and less sure that everyone thats bigger than me is just "on the roids"

i guess you could say my "resolution" was to take a bit more responsibility for my own training and worry less about what everyone else was doing
Cooking isnt the problem, its getting the time to eat at work.
I've mentioned here before, but my boss doesnt approve of me eating as much as I already do

synthol used in small amounts can actually be good, since in blows your muscle up when u go off it slowly repairs into natural growth, but people are restarted and want results that day so they use a whole bottle

I consider chest to be my weakest point, so I devote an entire workout for the muscle.

I pair tri/bi for an arm workout.

doing chest and tri in the same day, mind sharing the routine? as well as how long it takes?

when im mixing multiple areas it seems like my workouts get sooo long and i dont get as effective workout than concentrating on single regions?

Just bought 5 shirts for $30 at foot locker. Pretty nice shirts not work out in. Not wife beaters.

i basically feel like some kind of monster right meow, wicked workout

rrxtar is off snow boadring or some kind of other non getting HUGE bs
so i got the resident juice monkey to spot me on my flat bench. dude made me narrow up my grip a bunch, bring the bar to my chest under my nips and made me do it all with my normal weight for more reps
was a killer and im not even sure how many reps i actually did, but goddamn did it burn new parts of my chest

then narrow grip seated rows, military press
then DLs
cranked out 315x4x3 and 335x2x1 and 365x1x1 just to see what it felt like
when i was warming up with 225 one of the bigger dudes wandered over and commented on how much weight i was doing and how that was good, little did he know haha
then lat pull downs and decline bench

never worked at decline bench before, definatly a fan. gonna work it in to my regular routine for sure

if you will excuse me, im gonna go stare at myself in the mirror some more

for chest, i have just been doing one reps for bench at the start just cause i am trying to see were my one rep max is, but i have been doing ONLY flys on chest day kinda crazy but its working, 50- 70 pounds flys for about 5 sets on every incline , for triceps i have been doing tricep ladder to warm up then, incline skull crush behind the head not touching my forehead about 8 sets of that, then i will do push downs and really focus on the triceps being squeezed, then some dunbells skull crushers
