Wow i ran into people that i haven't met for about a year ago from school and a lot have said i've gotten a lot bigger!
I want to take these compliments well but I feel that if I do i'll be too full of myself.

lol I lost 20 lbs from being sick for the past 2 weeks. 195 lbs to 175 lbs
Strength is a bit down, but not by much.

wtf my incline bench is at a standstill for long ass time.. now my flat isnt progressing either.. stuck at 90x8 reps DB flat bench.. sigh.. what do u guys do to get rid of plateau?

not surprised, I felt tired the whole day at work.

Finally hit 160 on the scale at the gym. Although it was at the end of the workout and most of it is probably water weight, it's still the highest I've gotten on that scale.

Decided to do my first weigh-in since starting at the gym in September (so about 4-5 months ago)

Measurements are in inches:

Chest: 41.5 > 42.25
Shoulders: 49.5 > 51.75
Hips (across the butt): 41 > 41.5 (squats!)
Belly (across widest part): 40.25 > 39.5
Thighs: 24.25 > 25
Biceps (unflexed): 14 > 14.8
Forearms: 11.15 > 12
Calves: 15 > 15.5

Weight: 197.8 > 212.6

Although it's good to see all the right numbers increasing, I feel that I could have done so much better if I had been eating more. 15 lbs in 5 months seems decent (considering there is some fat weight loss in there as well), but I know I missed out on a lot of potential gain. I am going to try even harder for the next 6 weeks (I started doing High Frequency Training), then begin cutting. Hopefully I am at 220 before I start cutting.
