ive been deadlifting for exactly one year now aside from not really lifting heavy in the summer. so i basically added 405lbs to my deadlift in one year. haha it actually felt so good i think im going to up my goal to 455lbs by summer. does anyone deadlift bearfoot or in socks? i have to stop lifting in my squishy runners. |
