I can't roll them back and forth for starting position, and they roll around at the bottom of each deadlift.

Did all the things today in the gym that I never do, and it felt damn good. Just need my stupid shoulder to heal faster .. its funny I posted a youtube video showing how to prevent shoulder injuries and I go and injure myself 2 days later
Bench press of 250 pounds, come sooner please. And fuck you underdeveloped biceps. Fuck you hard!
^ need help developing them biceps? Try the squat rack
LOOOOL
Seeing how my gym has ONE squat rack, I'd feel crazy douchy hahahaha. Although, when the gyms deserted, I love doing that.
Anyone tried negative training with biceps? i.e. lifting the weight with both arms, and then taking 3-5 seconds to release the weight, and picking a weight just slightly above your maximum for curls?
Basically not focusing on the "up" motion, but more on the down. I tried that today and it seemed to be pretty effective.
dam i am tired today,
back today, deadlifts, rows and some other lat shit
Feeling you on the tired, 3hrs sleep last night, been up since 5am at office, studio, location shoot now back at studio quickly scarfing down a peanut butter sandwich on 12 grain before I hit the gym in a bit for a heavy chest day & abs before having to go back on location, FML. Going to throw in some benchpress with chains today switch it up a bit.
I didnt actually watch the video with sound but is there any benefit to taking powder directly from the scoop? Or is it more for the baws status?
A lot of supplements taste like ass/give your drink a very gritty nasty texture (ie creatine). I find it easier to just take the powder and wash it down w/ water as well. Why ruin an otherwise decent tasting shake when you can just take the crap by itself.
is indirect arm movement (deadlifts, pullups, rows) better for your arms' growth? Right now im thinking of trying anything because my arms are lagging compared to everything else like crazy fuck Posted via RS Mobile

biceps do not take much to grow, i more or less do it every session, i have been doing a bench bar and just going up to a 45 plates, then next time do some hammer curls, then next time do a preacher curl, just do like 10 sets, and yeah your biceps will grow from back day 4 sure, there was a point i did not do biceps for like 6 months and they grew. they are really slow to grow
