i get rotator cuff aches quite often over the winter when its colder. it goes away as ssoon as it warms up in the spring tho. i do a few different rotator exercises and it helps alot
Ive been doing deadlifts again for the last 4 weeks. i used to fart around with them but didnt do them with any regularity. so i started low and im focusing on doing them properly. every week i've added 20lbs and im up to 245lbs now with a goal of 275lbs by march and then we'll see from there. fuck they feel good now after a few weeks of doing them and my back feels much better overall. +1 to DL

+5 for deadlifts. I used to get daily back pain, every morning when I wake up i'm sore. They are a staple to my workout now. I lifted 305 last night. 10 lbs shy of my goal of threes plates. Next week...

is tendonitis a pain you get in the tendon that connects your forearm to your bicep? because thats where i get my pain.. i went to the gym today and failed after 2 sets of bench press, the 2nd set my arm gave up from tendonitis then my RC was hurting so bad after I had to leave the gym..

For your RC. How are you bench pressing... are your arms flared out to the side or are they tucked close to your body? Do you go bar to chest? Tucking your elbows a bit more, will take pressure off the RC. Tucking is similar to a powerlifters bench press.. more focus on tri's.
A few suggestions that might help you out | thanks, the pain im not 100% sure if its tendonitis.. its whre the forearm connects the muscle.. and its on the side sort off.. i also have this pain on my right arm but its not as bad.

Ive heard from several people including the GNC guys that superpump is good. It has more kick than the nano vapour im using (caffeine etc). And that buy one 50% off is not that great, when GNC is already over inflated with their pricing….especially when my buddy is getting me super pump for $40.

The person im getting the superpump from knows someone who works at a gym, so he gets it at cost…ill ask if they have the black powder, if not superpump will do fine lol. Do you know what supposedly makes it so much better?
My friend that uses the superpump did say recently ther ewas a diff bran dhe wanted to try, maybe that was it.
