he also had one of each of a 27.5, a 30, a 35, a 40, 45, a 50 and a 55lb dumbell with him in his 'curling station'. the only reason any of them got put away was when i used a few of them doing my warmup.

guy makes so much fucking noise too.

he got banned from the gym for a month and still came back

wtf ... why would you bring 6 of your friends, and create a crowd around the smith machine as you watch each other incline bench. I hate traffic in the gym .. I love friday nights because no ones there but these 6 guys came in and just did incline bench on the smith the entire time. Fuuuuu ...

I don't mind but it pissed me off cuz I needed that damn bench at the power rack so I could do my seated military press gawd.

I hate it when people stand around and just watch you workout ... fucks up your concentration .. I can usually manage 130x5 on military press, Failed after 4 with 125. FML ... and today was the day I was gonna hit 135. Oh well, always next time. Shittiest shoulder workout in a long time. Combination of no sleep and shitty diet today I guess.

Surprised me how much of the gym is mental. I went today in a shitty mood and the gym kicked my ass ... fuck.

Fucking fucked up my right shoulder sleeping so stiff/sore today can barely move it fuuuuuuuuuu

Also feel like I'm getting a cold being 1 week into low carving again this blows..

Although this morning used some keto strips and they were darker than I have seen them throughout the month I did low carb, but that could just be due to not drinking enough water

Sounds like the bars are too far apart. Adjust them closer or look for different apparatus if possible. ROM s/b what's comfortable joint wise.

Many here and I do also but not the amount they take. Personally, better joint health, less inflammation, lowered blood pressure and better mood. Highly recommend it.

Improvements i noticed from fishoil: better skin, wake up less groggy/slow/tired, and reduced pain in my wrist.

Fish oil question gets brought up every 2 weeks. Get some Ascenta Nutrasea, get the regular blend, it tastes like lemon. I usually have 2-3 sips from my bottle everyday.
Has anybody had any benefits taking Glucosamine? I've been taking it becuase I'vr got a deecent amount of shoulder clicking.

XFuel. Large bottle goes for $35.

I believe the owner of that location is doing a promo. Spend $300 total get $30 towards next purchase.

Some time ago, I researched the price per day of various brands of fish oil, based on an intake of 3000 mg DHA per day. Prices are from bb.com. They may be outdated though:

SAN Triple Strength: $3.00
PFO Liquid: $1.73
Now Ultra Omega: $1.53
Now Super EPA: $1.15
Orange OxiMega: $1.50
Ascenta Original (small bottle): $1.68
Barlean's Liquid: $2.06
Flameout: $1.85
