I'm planning on to start another round of p90x. I did one before but I've done it without any supplements or recovery drink they recommend. I want to try out how it feels with the recovery drink. Has anyone taken the P90 recovery drink? Or I can make it myself? lol
Had a pretty good chest day today. The thing is my gym didn't get a decline bench till about 2 months ago. For incline i do 80-95 lb dumbells. But for my decline i'm STRUGGLING with 45's-55's. I figured it would be a lot stronger considering the amount of weighted dips I do...whatever, at least it gives me a goal to work towards. Problem is i set it to a really steep inclne, and it's one of those excercises i can't do alone. I need somebody to pass me the db's, wayy too hard to be hanging upside down while curling the weights up.
awesome bicep workout today, was supposed to do calves too but i played tennis for a couple hours so i skipped it, i did this bicep workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S9bS37Yb5Ls arms were super juiced after

where is your science to back this up??
o wait you don't have any.... what did you wake up one morning and just put together a bullshit workout that makes absolutely no sense?... the "bi" cep is compsed of two heads 5 exersizes is totally unneccesary to stimulate growth in a muscle composed of two heads...
also you might as well do 5 sets of the same exercise because each of the different sets you did were exactly the same movement..
This is essentially "pyramid" or "superset", doing this as one "set" of exercises will just wear you down and your weights will decrease every set. For conditioning this is MAY BE "reasonable", but not for building imo. Maybe someone can correct me if I have this wrong.
Those "blast" workouts are nothing more than ego feeders. Sure they engorge your muscles with so much blood they feel like they will burst, but they do shit for actual growth, if you're not taking steroids.
My AFC gave me an ABS CEL code of LOL while at WOT!

i have the same problem man. when it comes to decline i get absolutely owned. if your going from flat-incline-decline, it makes sense as to why though. i feel it hard on my chest and my triceps just doing flat and incline. when it gets to decline, your basically worn out your chest and triceps to the max. i havent found a fix (other than moving decline first or second or going lighter for the other exercises).
strange, my decline is about where my flat is, and i do decline after i do flat jsut to kinda finish stuff off
