3 weeks of doing sub 20 grams of carbs, went from 207 to 198 today, been lifting more and now going to be adding more cardio into my routine continuing on with sub 20 grams until my birthday on the 6th where i'll probably go out for a steak and have a beer or two, then going to cycle carbs 1/2 days a week and -20 rest also aiming for april for an EC stack end of may goal, 180 |

i did a whey factory order last week came today, holly shit i got a blender bottle and a whole bottle of there fat burner as samples lol, not that i care about that fat burner, also i did it on my i phone the order and saved 20percent total order was only 120 bucks lol |

great chest & back workout today, 3 sets reverse lat pulldowns, 3 sets barbell rows, 3 sets seated rows-palms facing up, 3 sets wide pullups, 3 sets deadlift not including warm up, hit a new pr, by this time biceps and forearms were worked a lot, when i did chest after i had to go down in weight for dumbbell press because my forearms wouldnt stop shaking and my grip was loose, even with gloves, finished off with 3 sets of incline dumbbell press dropsetted with incline flies , i have a feeling im gonna be sore tomorrow Posted via RS Mobile |
