3 weeks of doing sub 20 grams of carbs, went from 207 to 198 today, been lifting more and now going to be adding more cardio into my routine

continuing on with sub 20 grams until my birthday on the 6th where i'll probably go out for a steak and have a beer or two, then going to cycle carbs 1/2 days a week and -20 rest

also aiming for april for an EC stack

end of may goal, 180

i did a whey factory order last week came today, holly shit i got a blender bottle and a whole bottle of there fat burner as samples lol, not that i care about that fat burner, also i did it on my i phone the order and saved 20percent total order was only 120 bucks lol

There's a couple dudes that ALWAYS smoke up before going to the gym at mine.
Although they're not there that often, I always see them blazing before going in...

Haven't tried myself, but Joe Rogan says it's actually quite effective in terms of focus and stuff. I wouldn't trust being around a guy working with heavy weights while high, though.

That's quite funny haha. But he's right, it does give you a lot of focus, acts almost like a preworkout "supplement"

i have a few friends like that..bud is their pre-workout, they say it makes them more focused and gets them in the "zone".
I don't really understand it.. i find it makes me lazy in the gym. and i want to give up half way through my set to go get some pie.
If your going to blzz may-as-well do it after the workout, that way you can eat all the food in sight to get those calories up!
IT's a post workout / bulking supp..LOL

I've made my peace with not listening to music. Earbuds don't stay put in my ears and I don't like wearing around the ear headphones.

hey halo when your doing your reps are you touching your chest on the way down?

i want to be able to do 3 plates for a few reps by summer time

great chest & back workout today, 3 sets reverse lat pulldowns, 3 sets barbell rows, 3 sets seated rows-palms facing up, 3 sets wide pullups, 3 sets deadlift not including warm up, hit a new pr, by this time biceps and forearms were worked a lot, when i did chest after i had to go down in weight for dumbbell press because
my forearms wouldnt stop shaking and my grip was loose, even with gloves, finished off with 3 sets of incline dumbbell press dropsetted with incline flies , i have a feeling im gonna be sore tomorrow

Feeling of invincibility after a monster workout, priceless . fucking blasted thru my mini plateau today just an amazing workout. power shrug 4 plates, mil press 2plates n 10s for 4 reps gonna try 2 plates 25 for 1 rep next time. delts n traps were completely failed after 1.5 hrs did incline bench for the fuck of it, 2 plates for 4 reps fucking not gonna be able to move.
