The second P - Persistence - You must never give up. Don't miss meals, don't miss training, make it a habit, and not a decision. If you ask yourself if you want to train when you get home from work, you are losing the battle. Instead you should be thinking about how you are going to train that night. You won't feel like going 100% every session, but don't give in to making excuses to miss meals, training, etc. That too will become a habit.

witnessed curling in the squat rack yesterday at the oval
worst part is that an entire group of them took turns on that bar. they were still on it an hour later when i was leaving...
fortunately the oval has 6 squat racks! i love the place. plus their platforms for the rubber weights are awesome. RS meet at oval?

Wasn't gonna go gym today ... but then I realized I wear my balls on the outside.
Was pretty fun, started off nice and slow with some light dumbbell work, then moved into seated mil press and ended with snatching it off the ground and military pressing it 5-6 times, then dropping it. Sexual.
^^ first 30 seconds. Felt sexual Didn't wanna stop, and the weight kept piling on.
This threads gold! Read halo god's post get motivated, read the previous posts about my shoulder workout and get good info, go to gym and tear shit up!

I have it plain and its good. Just like a really mild mozzarella cheese. It's very tasty when mixed with a bit of finely chopped green onion.
One time for a PWO meal I had a canned sardines in spicy chili sauce, sweet potatoes, topped with a large dollop of cottage cheese.
