Personally though I see what strykn means, on days when I've done chest the day after a shoulders day I struggled alot more

hey when you took glucosamine how long did it take to notice it and did it have Chondroitin in it? My right wrist always fucking tweeks out after heavy pushing since i broke my hand couple yearsa go =/

If it's for HIIT save your money dood and get some skipping rope instead.

I've known three people who got one and ended up using them as coat racks before they got rid of them.

Yea i did chest then shoulders, which is why i was going for a PR in my dumbbell press(dumbbell chest press) but i only could do 5/6 reps :fuuuuu:, after words did some incline dumbbell press supersetted with dumbbell flies, and yes when i did shoulders after i couldnt lift as much but its not like they didnt get a good workout

Skipping isn't really high impact. Give it a go. If not try c/l, my friends practically gave theirs away.

how i broke my hand? grade 11 drank half a bottle of van gogh in one sitting, apparently blasted the wall with some punches, didn't feel a thing till next morning of course. went thru the drywall and hit a stud.

Yey, dl was new pr - 230 lbs x 20.

Also bench press - 185 x 20. Bodyweight bench press is a long way off :/

Oddly I am reaching these weights for the first time during my cutting phase... can't wait to see how strong I get when eating a lot more :)

I still had plenty of energy after HIIT so just did some superfluous neutral grip pullups before hitting the shower.

Started my cutting phase in Jan and I was around 215 @ ~19% bodyfat. Now sitting around 193 @ ~10.5% bodyfat. Definitely some strength lost as expected with a cut. My goal is to get to single digits bf. Aiming for 8%, any lower is just a bonus.

Bench: 275 -> 255
Deadlifts: 315 -> 305
Squats: 305 -> 275
Seated DB Press: 95lbs DB -> 85lbs DB

Sucks that my lifts are down but I dont feel so much like a fat ass anymore lol.
