damn thought so it was a good deal

spent too much today bought multi vitam- gnc brand, odo oil and white flood

trying to change it up had black powder for awhile still great stuff but just curious

shoulders, back, deadlifts yesterday. my whole back feels awesome today like i did some serious work.

yeah i do alot through out the week workout 6days

endurance 2days 10-14 reps
strength 2days 8-10 reps
power 2days 6-8 reps

sometin like that

its just a one leg deadlift just trying new things from muscle and fitness lol

did em with the EZ bar.

will definitely be putting them into my Tri routine.

since im well passed the full stack on the cable machine for my previous favorite of tri pushdowns with a close grip V bar.

Allmax has good Creatine monohydrate. they use Creapure brand creatine. always on sale at svn.

I put on 9lbs on my last 'cycle' and kept 5lbs after being off of it. and thats after being stuck at weight for quite a while. and made good gains at the gym too.

superpump250 doesnt actually contain very much creatine. a little less than 1gram. a normal creatine monohydrate suppliment is 5grams a day after the first loading.


i dont consider superdump, no-xplode, or any other pre-workout drinks a creatine suppliment. they are a pre-workout drink.
