I feel that when i squat i have a "stronger side", so i wanna hold off for a bit and try to fix it I've had differing opinions of foot position while squatting, some say "just do whats comfortable/natural" others say "keep your feet straight or else it'll put stress on your joints/ blow out your knees" |

i hate back days mainly cuz i hate doing deadlifts, but whatever still do it anyways cuz it works out so many parts of the body rather push than pull tho personally |
