had a great tri's workout last night, first time doing skull crushers, by the last set almost couldnt do the last rep and thought i was gonna break my arm when i pushed it up for the last time and couldnt get it up :S

at work. hah been working just stupid hours. this week will be a 70+ hour week with basically no days off since the end of feb. body is run down. wrists are killing me i can hardly hang onto anything. and super exhausted.

gym is suffering big time. still goin, but not doing a whole lot. back strength has all gone up tho. i guess thats a positive side effect of work.

Tubs of fast-twitch on whey cheap $24 shipped to Canada. I love this stuff, keeps me at the gym for at least an hour and a half, clean energy- not cracked out like the "super concentrated" pwo's. Not much of a crash afterwards either. I have a low caffeine tolerance, so the 200mg in this gets me hyped.

Did Squats today, 4 sets of 6 @ 225 new pr! (kinda pathetic i could bench that 6 months ago, but up until last month 225 got me wobbly legged)
i wan't to turn that into 4 sets of 12 @ 225 before i up the weight. I feel that when i squat i have a "stronger side", so i wanna hold off for a bit and try to fix it
I've had differing opinions of foot position while squatting, some say "just do whats comfortable/natural" others say "keep your feet straight or else it'll put stress on your joints/ blow out your knees"

i hate back days mainly cuz i hate doing deadlifts, but whatever still do it anyways cuz it works out so many parts of the body

rather push than pull tho personally
