Any idea where to get a good heavy bag freestanding hanger? Ive only looked at sportchek so far and the hook is too low. the bag chains are at head height. hah

havent been to a single lift session for the last 14 days because of exams.

going to rip the gym apart when I'm done my last exam tuesday 830-1130.

Why do people worry so much about losing muscle while dieting? Unless you're doing mega catabolic work while starving yourself, you're not going to lose muscle.

I hate exam time, it completely fucks up my gym routine. I don't care tho, i'm still going to hit the gym in the morning. It just means i have to skip the hockey game :( whatever, i'd much rather workout than watch people play sports. Damn my shitty time management
