Have you ever tried 21's? I used to do them at the end of a bicep day just for the pump. 7 quarter reps with a straight bar, 7 half reps, 7 full range reps. Obviously with crazy low weight, repeat 2x.

I know this is ancient for you guys, but I'm gonna start adding more to my shakes to get more calories.

Do you find it hard to drink with all the dry oats? I don't wanna end up choking myself to death :p

i put in milk, protein powder, then oats, and just blend for a good 20-30 seconds and drink right away before it all settles at the bottom.

if it does collect i just start eating/chewing on it.

i'd suggest adding half a banana post workout, 2 tbsp peanut butter pre workout.

i alternate dry oats and milled flax seeds as well.

^ werd, jsut dry oats blended up
ill do like 2 protein scoops of oats with 2 cups of milk and a scoop or protein for a quickie

Carb up day. Thawing some frozen fruits as I speak. Fuck ya been craving fruits all week.
I've made pretty good progress so far with this keto diet. Started near the beginning of April and I've dropped from 180lbs to 164lbs.

nowhere. nothings moved in like 3 months. work has taken over my life 65+ hour weeks lately. im just trying to maintain strenght and maybe put some size on at the gym but i havent been training like i was before. its everything i can do to just get to the gym 4 nites a week and i barely get 45 mins in.

got up to about 195-196lbs... not sure where im at now. gonna do a mini carb cut at the end of the month tho just for fun

declare it as nutritional supplements, i've brought over 250+ without any problems. nutritional supplements can't be taxed/dutied to my understanding.
