LoL @ vita-cock. Some new pr's for chest day today.
Did 2 sets of 7 @ 100 lb dumbbells on incline (i usually do sets of 5)
Did a set of 6 @ 245 on a steeep decline. (i just started decline 2 months ago)
Just wish i had a chest to show for it, rather than these clicky fucky shoulders
Decided i'm going to make the switch from fitness world to Golds. Mainly b/c FW only has 100 lb dumbbells, and due to my shoulder issues i want to do as much dumbbell as possible, as opposed to barbell. Its like, how can i increase my lifts when i'm already maxing out? And the whole 1 squat rack thing is soooo ghey.
I always find myself rushing through because i feel like others are waiting to use things, and i dont want to be some inconsiderate douche.
But i'm tired of rushing through my squats so some asshole can go do wrist curls!!!!
I think there's tons of things to learn when it comes to lifting no matter how long you've been lifting. But when I hear "beginner" I visualize someone who has just decided to pick-up a weight this very day and has zero knowledge of any kind about lifting, range of exercises, technique and nutrition.
Not saying I'm an advance lifter, but over the years of lifting I don't think I'm an absolute beginner and nor are some people who have been posting in this thread since it started.
Halo is on a different level. His commitment and dedication to reach his goals is totally something else. And no I'm not on that same level but I don't think I'm a beginner and I honestly don't think you are either Pupp.
Nailed 4 plates again on Bench and 125's dunbells for 16 on flat,
Incline Bench is stuck at 3 plates for 2-4 reps. I have been doing tons of smith machine flat and going into my neck, this really fills out your upper chest and looks good in v-neck pics lol Posted via RS Mobile
When I squat on the 1st set, I feel a pinch and some tingling near my knee.
The vastus lateralis is where I feel it. It only happens during the 1st set or 2, then subsequent sets I don't feel anything. I've also noticed that, comparing both legs in the same spot, the symptomatic leg seems to be numb now in that spot all the time.
Has anyone experienced this? Stretching doesn't seem to help before my sets.

Sounds like you go to fitness world @ cambie and 12th? or am I way off .. either way, I feel your pain the 1 squat rack is gay, especially when girls get on it. I got nothing against girls lifting weights but then they do like 20 rep sets, and 5 or 6 sets with a minute rest in between it starts to get aggravating .. not their fault, just a shitty gym layout with the 1 rack
Anyone else taken test freak? cracked open the bottle i bought a few months ago .. lets see how this goes now lol.
So I purchase Muscle Pharm Assault and its fuckin A. Don't get that head rush, jitters, none of that shit like Superdump or 1MR.
How's the focus and strength in comparison to 1MR? I had insane focus and concentration with 1MR, but crashed pretty badly.
On a side note, decided to try Orange Triad as my multivitamin was running out. Shoulders have been healing up pretty well. Used to hurt even when using light weight. Can press a moderate weight without any pain now. Gonna start doing some light raises, and back to military in about 2 weeks.
FUCK. Overworked/strained what seems to be my subscapularis, the posterior rotator cuff muscle. Was having trouble kicking DB's off the ground for flat and incline bench presses, some soreness/weakness. Gonna lay off boxing for the next few weeks, and spend some time away from the gym the next few days so I can go hardcore next week before I head to Miami.

1MR is WAY stronger than Assault. But with Assault I don't feel like I'm wired to the max or jittery. You feel normal but when you start working out, the pump rushes through your body and your mental strength increases no doubt. Zero crash at all. Thats my experience.
