same thing hapepned to me, i layed off for one week.. to make it better get a resistance band and do some RC exercises, it will feel better in no time.

this helped tremendously when I tore my RC, it allowed me to strengthen plus regain my ROM back

I need a homemade weight gainer, using whey…any ideas? I remember seeing some posted but I forget where…
I need to find some way to take take 200g of protein and 400g of carbs, without being mega full all the time lol

half to 2/3rds cup oats
banana
gob of peanutbutter
half a cup of frozen berries
1.5 cups milk


=
75g ish protein
nearly 1000cal

^Holy fuck thats alot of beef in a sammich!

I failed miserably at my 265 lbs deadlifts. Only got one rep out, then my grip started giving out. Today just wasnt a good back day :(

As soon as I stared DL'ing today I could tell it was just one of those days..
Although I just got over a cold, I'm hoping thats the culprit of my lack of energy feeling

had a sick day at the gym yesterday, did sumo squats and did 4 plates on each side for 3 perfect reps and continued my full body work out, today was last day of shoulder phase for me, did not do as well as i wanted, been having these weird ass pains in my biceps / front forearms and i haven never had any pain b4. well 2 days off then going to head into chest phase of i body builder cant wait. hoping to get to 3 45's and a 25 on bench for 3 reps

I'm pretty sure its cause I'm not 100% yet.. The last time I deadlifted had no grip problems with 255 lbs

I changed my form for DLs, after not doing them for a while, and now can only do about 140lbs haha. Good form at least. gotta build up that muscle in the legs, ive been neglecting it.
