No shakes for me. I'm super lactose intolerant and most of them get their protein from Milk so that means no drinkie. If anyone uses any lactose tolerant shakes lemme know what your using.
Berz out.
Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard whey states that they are lactose free. Whey protein isolate in general is also lactose free.
I started GOMAD (being lactose intolerant), and took lactase pills. The first day I had the runs twice, but after that..I have no trouble taking in dairy. I get no bloating, cramps, or anything after that. You should give those pills a shot.
I also read something about certain yogurts having "live bacteria" that supposedly aids the digestion of lactose.

I haven't been in a week, are you talking about 1 at the benches, 1 at the smaller set of benches, then 3 at the high performance?
Uhm yeah, IIRC there's 4 side by side. They have this computer attached to it. Didn't really get a chance to look at it. Any ideas what its used for and/or what does it do?

That is the faggiest looking gym I've ever seen (equipment notwithstanding)
are you cereal? that's only one of four sections in our gym.
What does being big have to do with being faggy? I was referring to how clean and slick it looks, with all the shiny new equipment and wood fucking floors
My AFC gave me an ABS CEL code of LOL while at WOT!

whoa ovals really stepped it up since it first opened up to the public before olympics. im assuming your not allowed to deadlift off the hardwood?
SkinnyPupp is looking at the hardwood floors and boso ball and talking about a "faggy gym". im looking at the 4 power racks and 3 deadlift areas. different strokes for different folks i guess.
So anyone try the new Pepsi Throwback yet? Its made with real sugar instead of HFCS. Definitely tastes different, a lot sweeter. I prefer the regular Pepsi. But if its HFCS or Sugar, Ill take Sugar.
