Took last week off (first full week Ive taken off in a year) since I was fighting abit of a cold. Getting back into the swing of things again this week, I cant believe how much I lost in just a week!

Also just made a huge order from SVN split between me and a buddy. 10lbs of Myofusion, 1000g allmax creatine, 800g SuperDump250. And Im already stocked up on 5lbs of Whey Isolate, Multi-vitamines, and Omega-3. Im ready for a hard drive towards summer! :D

deadlifted 225 last night woo, up just last week from 205
im losing weight again tho, fuck

How much for all that?
I just got a new stock of creatine, but need to restock the protein and pre workout supply.

Ya ive been looking into that too…but after shipping for my order, I only save about 10%, so I may just go to the local popeyes.

I'm thinking of taking a week off pretty soon too. But I'm scared of how much strength I'll lose

I highly doubt you will lose anything from taking a week off. Hell I doubt you would lose anything taking 2 or 3 weeks off. Maybe one less rep for one workout and then it would go back up.

You might be right, maybe its not losing strength, more just trying to get your body back into pushing itself from doing nothing for those x amount of days

Youre right…after not going, say daily, I find it hard to get a good pump going. I lack a certain motivation unless I go full time. Hell, after 4 days off I felt more of a "meh" attitude, instead of a burning push it all type attitude.
So I definitely think its a motivational thing. As for loosing muscle, nah, not after that short of a period…a year, hell ya.

Actually funny thing about the losing muscle.. I dont know how it happened (maybe my body just felt comfortable carrying the extra muscle around) but I lost almost nothing in the year I took off. Now that I'm back at it I'm not far off my heaviest weight but I've got at least 5% less bodyfat on when I was at that heaviest weight.
I've just started messing around with the paleo diet so we will see how things go.

you're lucky

if i took a month off id probably lose 20% of my strength and a ton of weight. 6 months, id be starting over.

I want to start doing those too.

Right now benching about 190 too, but by the end of the april i want to be at 200….by summer, i want to do 2 plates.

I started at 170 and chubby, ive definitely seen an improvement, about 179 but leaned up a bunch….another 5-10 lbs to go :D
Ill get some pics in a month or 2 when I have reached some goals ;)
