Took last week off (first full week Ive taken off in a year) since I was fighting abit of a cold. Getting back into the swing of things again this week, I cant believe how much I lost in just a week! Also just made a huge order from SVN split between me and a buddy. 10lbs of Myofusion, 1000g allmax creatine, 800g SuperDump250. And Im already stocked up on 5lbs of Whey Isolate, Multi-vitamines, and Omega-3. Im ready for a hard drive towards summer! :D |

Youre right…after not going, say daily, I find it hard to get a good pump going. I lack a certain motivation unless I go full time. Hell, after 4 days off I felt more of a "meh" attitude, instead of a burning push it all type attitude. So I definitely think its a motivational thing. As for loosing muscle, nah, not after that short of a period…a year, hell ya. |

you're lucky if i took a month off id probably lose 20% of my strength and a ton of weight. 6 months, id be starting over. |

I started at 170 and chubby, ive definitely seen an improvement, about 179 but leaned up a bunch….another 5-10 lbs to go :D Ill get some pics in a month or 2 when I have reached some goals ;) |
