damn i know what you mean on saturday i felt something rip in my left shoulder blade while doing cable cross overs. It was so bad i felt it in my chest and had trouble breathig and sleeping all saturday night. Got some anti-inflammatory pills on sunday and it feels alot better but still not good enough to work out upper body so im going to hit legs hard this week.

Anyone got any advice for a similar injury so i can recover faster?

And halo lets see some pics homie

im on a program that im doing, and i must say its been doing good for me :D im surprised when one of u guys said u cant stick to programs very well haha. i go 6 times a week to the gym and the results have been pretty great so far. I was mostly looking into burning fat and losing weight (i took ripped freak) and altho im gaining weight i can tell im losing fat, so FTW! :D Just thought id drop by and join this thread, as im not just a car enthusiast but now also gym enthusiast haha It seems when i dont get a workout in on my workout days, i feel like crap

dlo 07-06-2011 12:35 AM

Haven't worked out for a week and feel like shit, sleeping problems and sore backs ftl

6x a week is overkill.

But I do agree, not going to the gym for a while makes me feel like crap too. It's like I need to get my fix because there's crack all over the weights.

!Yaminashi 07-06-2011 08:58 AM

Anyone else start feeling lazy as fuuu if they dont go for a week?

RacePace 07-06-2011 09:02 AM

Depends, if I replace gym time with a cardio activity, yoga, or purposely taking a rest, then no. If I just don't feel like going, then yes

Doing shoulders twice a week now because theyre lacking hard. I cant get the side delts to round out. Been doing a shit load of lateral raises.

i know that's what everyone is saying, but each muscle only gets worked twice a week so i think im doing fine, and my buddies mom goes 6x a week (she's a bodybuilder or whatevs you call them ppl who go on competitions) and she says its fine, long as you have a day off.
