Lol you do 9 different exercises for your shoulders? Jesus man. I start off with Military or Dumbell presses. Military 160lbs currently but the bar I use has a U bend in it so your arms can go directly beside your head and when you lower the bar you don't have to choose front of the face or back of the neck. DB 70lbs (no spotter slow reps) Usually 5 sets of that. Then I do dumbell side raises followed by cable side raises. Then cable rear delts followed by barbell front raises. End off with 1 smith machine drop set should press. That usually eats up the 45 mins I have to work out on my lunch. :( Berz out. |

Lol went to ymca as a guest with my friend and took a boot camp class. I looked like a retard because my legs were so stiff from doing heavy squats the day before. Not my usually cup of tea, but pretty fun. I also don't mind being surrounded by women. Posted via RS Mobile |

Logging my workouts has helped so much. I feel I'm in a much better place than I was a month ago. Also, I'm cutting out a lot of bad calories by making cottage cheese my go to snack. It tastes like shit but if you're hungry it's half decent with a tall glass of water and some salted cashews. I'm noticing after a good workout (be it tricep or bicep) I'm starting to see more and more veins in my arms and bicep area. Weird thing is, one arm is way more veiny than the other. My right arm has a fat vein ontop of the bicep, nothing on the left. Am I a freak? |

Sorry for spamming the thread, but whats the current bb.com 10% code? I'm using Email10Off but it's saying its invalid :( Help? Also a Bro suggested I buy some casein to take before bed everynight, but it's kinda pricey. Should I buy casein or should I just stick to my 4-6 heaping table-spoonfuls of cottage cheese before bed? |
