Strykn mentioned Later Raises w/ Cables. Those work really well too.
High reps, low weight, slow negative.

I only work each muscle once a week right now. I have an hour lunch at work so that's when I hit the gym. I work 1 muscle per day.

Lol you do 9 different exercises for your shoulders? Jesus man.
I start off with Military or Dumbell presses. Military 160lbs currently but the bar I use has a U bend in it so your arms can go directly beside your head and when you lower the bar you don't have to choose front of the face or back of the neck. DB 70lbs (no spotter slow reps) Usually 5 sets of that. Then I do dumbell side raises followed by cable side raises. Then cable rear delts followed by barbell front raises. End off with 1 smith machine drop set should press. That usually eats up the 45 mins I have to work out on my lunch.
Berz out.

Thanks! Posted via RS Mobile | I'm going to give those lactaid pills a shot this saturday. I figure I'll test them out when I don't have to go back to work in case they don't work very well. That way I can suffer at home rather than feel like shit at work lol. I'll report back here after.

Lol went to ymca as a guest with my friend and took a boot camp class. I looked like a retard because my legs were so stiff from doing heavy squats the day before.
Not my usually cup of tea, but pretty fun. I also don't mind being surrounded by women. Posted via RS Mobile |

Originally Posted by AAnthony My uncle tells me he dedicates a full day to shoulders. He always drops this quote "if you want huge arms, train the fuck out of your shoulders". The way he explained it to me is to think of your arms as trees, with your shoulders being the base/root of the tree. You need huge shoulders to get huge arms, because your shoulders are the base your arm grows from. You cant just have these huge bi's and tris attached to a pinner shoulder. Kinda hard to explain over the internet.
Every time he says it I correct him "you mean, if you want huge arms get huge triceps". But @ the end of the day I have 16" arms, and he has 23" arms.
For shoulders I do:
Internal Rotations (dumbell/cable)
External Rotation (dumbell/cable)
DB Shoulder Press (seated & standing)
Reverse Flies (dumbell/cable/machine)
Front & Side Raises (dumbell/cable)
Used to love doing arnold press, but my shoulders always click when I do the twist. Kinda scared me away. | I like that quote.
Logging my workouts has helped so much. I feel I'm in a much better place than I was a month ago.
Also, I'm cutting out a lot of bad calories by making cottage cheese my go to snack. It tastes like shit but if you're hungry it's half decent with a tall glass of water and some salted cashews.
I'm noticing after a good workout (be it tricep or bicep) I'm starting to see more and more veins in my arms and bicep area. Weird thing is, one arm is way more veiny than the other. My right arm has a fat vein ontop of the bicep, nothing on the left. Am I a freak?

Sorry for spamming the thread,
but whats the current bb.com 10% code?
I'm using Email10Off but it's saying its invalid Help?
Also a Bro suggested I buy some casein to take before bed everynight, but it's kinda pricey. Should I buy casein or should I just stick to my 4-6 heaping table-spoonfuls of cottage cheese before bed?
