the only time i get sore is when i start my workout from being on a break. After the first week when the soreness goes away, all my workouts after, no matter how hard i push.. i don't get sore anymore

started doing 5x5 for the big exercises .. man .. nothing like getting out your first 4 sets and then collapsing, recouping and going back for the last 5.
Is it just me or am I the only one who makes stupid faces at the gym? I look around and everyones smiling, repping away lol. Are they just not pushing themselves or do they have comatose faces? I look like I'm cumming/cutting off my own leg for the last few reps.

Cable Lateral raises
Cable rotater cuff across the body pulls (this is exactly how I write it in my logs LOL)
Standing Barbell Row
Rear Flies
Deadlift 5x5
Dumbbell Shrugs infront of body 5x5
Rackpull Shrugs 5x5 (my own variation of strykns secret trap attack )
Next day:
Legs
Squats 5x5
Leg press (to failure)
Hack Squats w/ olympic bar 5x5
Lunges (starting this week!) 5x5
Dips 5x5
Some quick bicep work (whatever's free/whatever I feel like) Thinking of adding Benchpress 5x5, and not benching on chest day, but sticking to dumbbells
Next day:
Back
t-bar rows - 5x5
P Rows (reset to ground each time, like barbell row) - 5x5
Dumbbell Rows - 2 high rep/2 low rep heavy
Deadlift - 5x5
Seated Rows to Belly
Overhead pulldowns
If I have energy/time ... some bicep work again (if I missed it the day before)
I want to add a 5th workout day before my 2 days off, but what would I do that fifth day? I want to do my big exercises 2x weekly (benchpress/dips/squats/deadlift/military press) so how should I work them in? I'm a bit confused with everything My goal for all of this is mostly strength. Aesthetics will hopefully follow thereafter.

Awesome bicep workout today. Started 2 warm up sets of seated curls with 15 reps of 20lbs. Then did 4 sets starting at 35 for 12 reps and ending at 50lb for 5 reps per side. Then did standing straight bar curls with 110lbs for first 2 sets 8 reps then dropped down to 90lbs for last 2 doing 2 negatives at the end of each set. After that did preacher curls with the cable and the W bar doing drop sets starting at 8 reps failure weight and dropping 10lbs per drop. Did 4 sets of those. Ended with Incline Bench Curls. I could only muster 25lb's repping until failure for 4 sets. Arms were fucking pumped. Tomorow is Tri's ... I feel an epic workout week in the works. Can't wait for my end of the month Progress Pic I feel like I'm starting to fill out nicely now.
Just wish I had a training partner as all my workouts are done solo.
