Starting to do some vertical jump training plyometrics after my 5x5 workout program, killer on the legs especially the calves which I haven't isolated in a while.
I used to eat a dozen eggs every once and a while until the gf gave me shit about cholesterol. She wouldn't even listen to my argument in which cholesterol raises testosterone, which I obviously need in order to increase my lifts.
really? i love eggs i can eat 24 a day if i wanted lol!... ate about 6-10 when bulking
I can't do it bro lol. I can a ton of meat and milk, but just not eggs.

Women, eh?
Girlfriend use to get mad at me cause I would be constantly eating and eating every few hours.
Then she noticed I started ignoring her complaints.
Ffff pulled my back a bit while deadlifting 315 today.
Haven't hurt myself with deadlifts in 4 years. Damn it.
Nothing serious, just walking kinda stiff right now.
Any good light exercises to help recovery? I think I will take it a little bit easier for a couple of weeks on deadlifts.
Finally pressing 100lb db's again. Repped 6@100. Feelsgoodman. I was pretty surprised actually because I had a pretty rough weekend lol. Slept pretty much all day Sunday recouping lol. Still felt kinda slow today so I didn't have a lot of hope on a good workout. Ended up having some pretty good lifts After my db presses I did incline bench and was doing 45 25 for 6 reps too so I was pretty stoked with that. Followed that up with some incline and flat cable fly's and finished off with Dips superset with pushups.
Ok here's a challenge for all you regulars to this thread. Obviously we're all working out to attain a goal. Whatever that goal is, there is an image in your brain that you have as an "endgame" look. Here is the challenge. Find an image on the interwebs of how you would like to look. Your "Endgame" to which you will stop trying to get bigger or whatever.
Does that make sense? Let's be realistic here too I don't wanna see pics of Arnold or Coleman or shit like that unless you honestly and truly working to that "endgame" look.
I'll start it off as it's my idea..... I feel with my body type and the way I put muscle on I will end up looking a lot like this. I don't want to be much bigger than this so I feel this is where I'll be "happy" when the time comes.
I've been pretty close to this and I would like to get back to something like this again.
pretty unlikely ill ever get near it but steve reeves FTMFW
but more realistically, this dude is my motivation even tho im like 5 years older than him. and he needs to not pull his shorts down so low. and maybe do some more work on his back
Fuck that's ripped. I'm way to lazy to eat the way you need to eat to look like that. That's why I've kind of accepted the fact I'll look like the first pic I posted once I put on some more muscle mass.
Ugliness and fatness are genetic disorders, much like baldness or necrophilia, and it's only your fault if you don't hate yourself enough to do something about it.
Ya, I was doing real good on my cut until a couple weeks ago and Ive since fallen off abit.
Ill never get that shredded as, IMO, a normal working person, especially in any construction or labor industry, simply cannot function at that low of a carb intake to get to that bf%. But one can dream.
Is that Marius Pudniski or however you spell it Dhillon?
Ilmatic you actually think that is an attainable goal for you? Your willing to do steroids and dedicate years and years of lifting to look that way?
Berz out.
Yep it is Mariusz
Have you seen the guy's diet? It's fucked! lol
Spoiler!
“My energy comes from my diet. Breakfast is 10 eggs and 2-3 pounds of bacon. Between meals, I eat lots of candy…I need it for energy. Lunch, at 1 or 2 p.m., is a double meal of a Polish pork chop, sauerkraut and potatoes.
An hour later, I work out, then take lots of supplements: magnesium, creatine, amino acids, all that stuff, and more chocolate.
Dinner is whatever meat I can get: steaks, pork chops, bacon, plus more sauerkraut and potatoes. [After I work out] I have a protein shake and more chocolate.”
