sooo went to the doctors today, apparently ive got tendinitis on my right wrist, and a torn rotator cuff on my left shoulder. this is what happened when i tried to bench too much. =(
EDIT: but yea I hope I look like that in 8 years... maybe around 165lbs is possible.

I was tested 1.5 months ago. That was the last time I got my body-fat measured (by Kin students at SFU) and it was 10.2% something like that.
I would think I gained back a lil body fat so I would be a bit higher now. And the lighting in that room is shitty, I apologize for that, but that's the biggest mirror I have in my house.
My main goal is just to actually bulk back up to 185lbs and try to be at at most 12% body fat.
Oh LAWD. In a matter of like 5 days I went from deadlifting 245 for 5 reps for 5 sets, to deadlifting 275 for 5 reps for 5 sets ... I way underestimated myself when I started the 5x5 training. Man is it hard getting out the last few reps, excited though, sooner or later I'm gonna hit my old 1RM for 5 reps, thats gonna be sick.
Making awesome gains and I gotta interrupt my training to go to toronto for a week, Ah well.
Anyways, since everyone's posting pics of themselves, here's me @ 220lbs (20lbs heavier than I should be) taken a day or two ago. I had a really messed up looking back about a month ago, since then I started doing a ton of rowing motions and my lats are FINALLY coming in. Same thing w/ traps. Critique? And yes shitty pic, you try taking a pic of your back with no mirror/no ones help lol.
Dude we kinda have the same body shape, but my weight is a lot less than yours. How did you get the mid section of your body so proportional. I can't seem to make my mid section like abs and all around bigger no matter what

I changed up my whole ab/core routine 3 months ago. Before that I had a flat stomach but no definition and just that line in the middle. Now they actually have decent size and are somewhat defined. (can't see it in that pic). One thing I started going it using weights for my ab workouts. Decline ups while holding a 45lb plate upwards, leg raiseson the dip thing with a dumbbell, side raises with a dumbbell and hanging wipers (legs)
I fuckin' hate the lighting in that picture. I'll get a new pic up next week, starting to do 5*5 again. Screw cutting.
for the millionth time, if you want any part of your body to grow, you have to eat.... how fucking hard is it to grasp this concept. you may put on fat which will cover your abs, but guess what, thats what cutting is for!

I was there tonight from 9:45 till almost closing. Its busy, but there's not way that you can't being doing what you want to do. Just ask when they're finished their set and that's it.
Tons of hongers, "tough" guys in beaters and little Asian girls though lol.
Good times to go; anytime from open to 4pm. Then 9pm to close.

I have been eating more and more and more. I have 3 full meals a day and 2-3 snacks. I make sure I eat something every 3 hours.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, bowl of oatmeal with a banana and a handful of almonds
Snack: Peanut butter sandwich before workout
Lunch: Turkey or chicken breast sandwich, side of veggies, milk, and a handful of nuts
Snack: an orange, yogurt, and whatever I can find
Dinner: Diff. err day. Usually brown rice + beef/chicken + veggies
Before bed: 2 teaspoons of peanut butter, and half a glass of milk
I haven't taken any protein supplement since March when I started cutting. I will probably start back on it.
