well i went into my workout thinking ima struggle a bit cus i tweaked a muscle yesterday doing back and it hurt all day and hurt when i woke up, but i had an amazing leg/shoulder day just now!! holy fuck

cut is almost over. actually it is over, just maintaining for summer now.
its crazy, i can see the texture of the surface of my muscle tissue under my skin in my shoulders and upper chest and upper back now. and some gnarly veins like tree roots in my quads. abs are mostly showing a 6 pack with a deep lower V all the time, sometimes a little better, sometimes a little worse depending on how bloated i am that day.
ended up cutting nearly 20lbs to about 178. more than i expected but i think i got bigger in the process too. strength hasnt gone down at all really, actually a few things have gone up. i would call it a success.

im pretty sure my progress would be a hell of alot better if i followed a set bulk or strength or cut plan. but ive just been doing the routine i put together with variations for so long because i love how the workout flows and how the week goes and fits around work.

2 questions. first one is my buddy wants to get "bigger" like everyone does haha but he doesnt seem to be getting anywhere. He eats healthy goes to the gym 3-4 times a week, his weights are improving like in the sense that the strength is increasing but he doesnt "see" the results cus his look stays the same. Anyone have any idea why he doesn't "change" ? like even im changing, arms getting bigger and what not but not the same for him. He's taking quickmass and creatine freak incase that makes any diff.
And secondly, what are some killer tricep workouts ? i feel that i dont have big tri's and i wanna make em bigger. Currently my tri routine consists of :
• Rope Pulldowns 3 sets of 12
• Close-Grip Barbell Press 3 sets of 12
• Lying Barbell Tricep Extensions 3 sets of 12
• Dumbbell overhead extensions 3 sets of 12
• Barbell overhead extensions 3 sets of 12
i know i should be doing dips, but i rarely do =x lol should i do them a lot more ?
