quick question. You know how when you're on a pre-work out you're supposed to do one cycle then one cycle off, does it also apply if you're switching products? So im currently taking jack3d, and when im done the tub(cycle) i wanna switch into either 1MR/Assault, do i have to take a cycle off or can i go straight into it ? |

told you assault is the way to go wit preworkouts not too happy wit the stingy new labeling and removed suma root some people dont cycle depending how many days at the gym or ppl just use them for pick me ups i love assault but if you want something stim free try ultima i love its focus and endurance aspects and the ingredients are pretty solid there should be like a trade or sample thread but obviously bring the container so nothing stingy haha |
My back is fucking tight today haha. My traps are tense as rocks. Had a friend give me a massage last night and I was wincing the whole time haha. Can't wait for next back day! My workouts have taken on a whole new level lately. Now to just get some godamn supplements. Berz out. |

I am starting Ice Hockey in September, so working less on standard resistance training/weight lifting and focusing much more on core strength, agility and plyometrics. I went for a run yesterday down River Road after an absolute shit day at the gym, and found that the stairs behind the Richmond Oval are great for doing plyo. A very nice change of pace doing stair jumps in the sunshine, fresh air and water view, instead of being inside a stuffy warehouse gym, picking things up and putting them down. |

Going back in on Tuesday to try and workout my back. Hopefully I don't tweak it again. Couldn't do squats and dead lifts all weel. I feel like one of those skinny Asian kids who only does bi's and chest. FUUUU |
