Some new douchebag @ my gym tonight. Guys were benching 275lbs with 1/2 inch range of motion and having his buddy spot/do half the lifting. Then proceed to flex in front of the mirror lol. They did the same thing with 120lbs DB incline press. Kept dropping the weights after each set. |

(Strictly from my experience) Berz, 5x5 helps you get to a 275 bench/ 400lb deadlift / 300ish squat but 5x5 won't get you higher then those numbers or it will not be the most efficient way to do so |
