went to the doctor today and found out i have tendinitis in my left shoulder and muscle spasms around my rotators cuff. out for 2 weeks at the minimum oh well can focus on cardio and eating clean for the time im off but still..
lol ive also noticed i dont feel as beamed on ec stacks anymore ever since going on preworkouts. feels manageable now. amping it up to 24mg tmrw and go full retard on the treadmill

Anyways, epic leg day today. Manned the fuck up and got my ass in the squat rack and stayed there for 25 minutes slowly getting to a 1RM of 275 2-3 inches off the ground. Not bad, nowhere near my old max though fuck am I gonna be sore tomorrow. Love the noodle leg feeling Does anyone else's hip flexors get really really tight at the bottom of the squat? Mine felt like they were gonna pop.

Only during the last 1-2 reps. Try stretching them before squating
Ronnie was a massive mutant. Im not a huge fan of the modern day BBs. IMO, the Arnold era was the best aesthetically, but you gotta love the natural era of the <50s.
