benched 3 plates. I'm very surprised I did it so easily because I haven't been on the bench for 3 weeks. I still like DB presses more though. Anyways, solid bicep and chest workout today. Ended with some epic fail sprints outside though.

I never thought I could do 4 plates just like I tHought I could never do 2 or 3 plates. Your time will come and you will move up in bench , I did not start at 4 plates that took me about close to 4 years to get. Posted via RS Mobile
all this talk about 3 plates makes me want to try it today
really not a fan of the barbell because it causes my shoulder to hurt
but i did do 115lb dumbells for 5 last week
