So I just called the Burnaby Popeyes, and they said they can honour the prices from the sale.

They have 6 Bullet Proofs at Burnaby Popeyes.

tried to max out on the bench today after a set of 2 plates for 8 reps. EPIC FAIL =[

Did half rep of 3 plates. ended up just going 3 reps of 2 plates and 35s

Doing chest again was ill advised, but it was just one of those gym days where you don't feel the pump going in.

New formula? What other PWO supplement have you taken before? Needing another PWO drink to cycle off of MP Assault.

Let me know how it is!

I dont use PWO at all im pretty good with just self discipline ....tried a sample a few days back from a buds tub....wow; i must say for 1/2 a scoop i felt like superman.....was wired for about 6hrs.
Mind you I am only 160lbs at 5'9''...so a fairly skinny twap...ahhaha. I increased from 12x3 45lbs to 12x3 56lbs dumbell chest presses; up'd my tricep pulldowns by 20lbs.
There was no crash for me after....it slowly winded down. Felt like god. hahaha...enough for me to spend 55 bux on a tub.

Not gonna lie, no idea.

Still doing research, and only gonna do it if I can hit my goal natural.

I'm more curious than anything.

I had a point where my bicep wasn't growing, but they were getting stronger as well.
21s made the difference for me, and seated EZ/straight bar curls (this allows only half range of motion when it hits your thighs, putting all the emphasis on the bicep, since the lower part of the exercise is mostly forearm).

Anyways, morning back workout!

What's your definition of really strong? Strong compared to what?

My bicep routine looks like this. Straight bar/Easy Curl bar 5 sets pyramiding up ending up with 45lb plates. Then I do seated db curls or incline bench db curls typically ending up at 50-55lb db's. Then I like to do preacher curls alternating between db's and Easy Curl bar depending on what I started with. If I did straight bar I'll do Easy Curl preachers but if I started with Easy Curl I'll do db Preachers. I end up with cable curls with the cables set slightly higher than shoulder height and rep to failure.

Strength is relative. I really try and concentrate on form. My Skull Crusher weight is about the same as my curl weight. Not sure about everyone else...

Berz out.

Skull crush 2 plates... lol well fuck

Just finished my morning workout. My lifts are a lot weaker in the morning...A LOT weaker did the same amount of reps with a 25lb plate as I would with a 45lb plate (pullups). QQ

i think for me, the combination of high rep incline hammer curls, plus high rep pull ups did it.

the thing is, like any muscle group, you cant just do high reps. you have to be moving high weight too.

you cant spend all day doing curls of a tuna can and expect to get big arms.

you have to build the strength to move good weight before you can start doing higher reps for growth. theres no guys in any gym with >18" arms not on dat der celltech curling 15lbs at high reps. they are all curling good numbers at high reps.

edit: missed a word
