damn 2 plates skulls crushers LOL but yeah im able to do 45lb plates with ez bar for sets of 3x8 thats pretty good for my size, but my biceps have no size and mass at all its retarded ahah. i guess ill try switching it up wit berz's workout

Not sure if i should post here but do you guys know wheres a good place to buy cheap dumbells besides craigslist?

I try to keep all my sets in the 6-10 range for arms. If I can do more than 10 it's to light if I can't get 6 it's to heavy.

Id say, instead of getting those one-weight dumbbells, get those ones where you can adjust the weight. But uh, try Miscelanous goods in the buy/sell section, or get them brand new.

I have a set called THE BLOCK they go up to 50lbs and are adjustable in 5lb increments. They were 300$

mine just hit 18 last month
they were 17 for almost 8 months

Arggg, shoulder injury. When i raise my arms over my head, joint near my armpit pops out. Gotta give this one 3 weeks :(

what's your guys' take on dropsets? would u consider it to be more/less effective for muscle gain? tried it today for my chest exercises felt pretty good to switch up my workout.

dropsets/supersets/extended sets all have their place. and all are more/less effective for muscle gain. all depends on how you use them, and make sure you dont over do them

Been reading a lot online and there seems to be mixed reviews on whether its better to eat before doing hit's or doing hit's on an early stomach.

What would you guy's suggest?

I think it's eat a little,(say, a granola bar, piece of fruit, cup of milk, etc) for the energy, and wait 30m-1hr before doing HIT.
If you go on an empty stomach, your body will turn to muscle for protein, as its an intense workout. Eat too much and you might throw-up, get cramps, etc.
