What do these pre-workout drinks have in them? Are they all those vascular dilators that give you a 'pump'? I usually use a scoop of BCAA with some Crystal Light... That's during workouts. I used to drink whey during my workouts, but that always made my stomach upset. During dieting, I'll take 1/3 of my post workout drink, the carbs really help you through |
