Today I was buying steaks and chicken and some vegetarian guy was standing in the line up in front of me buying his $20 per lb vegetarian protein powder. He gave me the dirtiest look when he saw how much meat I was buying.

Popeyes is the cheapest in store supplements, as per their mantra.
No free shipping from bodybuilding.com, look at their site. Way cheaper prices though you need to factor in shipping, and it takes about 2 weeks.

seated or standing?

I'm doing standing with strict form, no push press and bar back down below chin level on ever rep. I can't seem to move more than 1 plate for reps. Did you do any supplemental work to move that much weight? Probably the only exercise I've had the most trouble going up on.

Jesus, if those ones are smallish round steaks with 310 cals, the ones I have must have at LEAST 400 cals

Bad. Really bad.

Cut it out.

Go with wild or brown rice and small portions.

hal0g0dv2 04-30-2010 05:46 PM

back day today
pretty pumped up have not dead lifted in a while

mc25 04-30-2010 05:53 PM

Arms today, wide grip bicep curls ftw!

Man, this Xpand pre workout drink sucks ass. It tastes great, but I cant feel squat (and this is after 3 weeks w/o a pre drink).

RRxtar 04-30-2010 06:09 PM

im pretty happy with the superdump over the noxplode

SkinnyPupp 04-30-2010 06:28 PM

What do these pre-workout drinks have in them? Are they all those vascular dilators that give you a 'pump'?

I usually use a scoop of BCAA with some Crystal Light... That's during workouts. I used to drink whey during my workouts, but that always made my stomach upset. During dieting, I'll take 1/3 of my post workout drink, the carbs really help you through
