Leg and abs day. Light weight and many reps.

5 sets of squats going ALL the way down. started with 135lbs, 185, 195, 205, 230. For 12 reps each.

Hack squats for 3 sets, 2 plates, +25 and then 3 plates.

Calf raises and hamstring pull backs on the machine.

My six pack is getting even more defined

Not looking forward to bulking up mid Sept.

Anyone suggest best time during workout to do deadlifts? I can't decide; when i do them in the beginning, im completely exhausted and the rest of my workout is meh. Do them at the end, my grip is completely shit.

On the other hand, added 2 reps to my DL, ye budddyy

I usually do the heaviest/king workouts first. Get that over with then to the minor workouts. If your finding yourself getting exhausted get more rest?

I find doing the king workouts first gets me super pumped for everything else I have lined up during my workout.

Back day. I swear I'm the only guy in my gym who deadlifts. Was doing 3 plates a side today with relative easy for sets of 6. Squats tomorrow then "workout challenge" on saturday.

Berz out.

Would you work your chest or back everyday? It's still a muscle, and needs time for recovery.

might just by my phd in bro science talking.. but i think core is different than chest/back. you arent trying to hypertrophy your core or constantly increase crazy strength with weights or size, you (well, me anyway) are working on maintaining strength and building muscle endurance.

id do core every day if you want, or at least every other day.

I'd recommend every other day just to be safe. I still consider it a muscle, and a muscle needs recovery time.

That's me though, you can do whatever feels right haha

BTW Gerbs, muscle soreness is not a good indication of whether you had a good workout or not. If your chest (for example) is not sore after your workout, doesn't mean you should hit it again the following day
