failed on 295lb deadlift today, feeling pretty shitty, was convinced I'd hit 315 lbs x 5 for 5 sets by october 1st Got upto my 4th set, and after 1 rep I was like fuck this, my form was getting progressively worse and worse so I just gave up and called it a day. Ahh gym, you make me so mad sometimes. I blame this on shitty sleep last night + only 4 meals all day today (usually I've already had about 5 by gym time).
on another note, you guys that take creatine successfully, for the loading phase, can I just take 20G 1x a day?
For the first time ever, I broke my SS's routine and didn't do any squats.
I also did 4 sets of 5 for bench and 3 sets of 3 for barbell rows.
I blame my headache.. and this weird pain i feel near the sides of my groin area. Maybe I should start stretching..
Look up pics online comparing people with different BF% at your weight and height and see if you look like 21% bf.

Well I am just about to go back to the gym for the first time in 4 months. Had a major nervous breakdown back then, and then went through a lot of other changes - moved, got a job, etc. My diet went to absolute SHIT during this time, and I gained a lot of fat. Time to get back to business!
Will be doing Chad Waterbury's "Get Lean" program, which I had just started before my hiatus. I think the first 2 weeks will be "Get Sore"
It's basically 3 full body split workouts each time, then HIIT. Going to keep carbs below 100g, but that's about it. Not supplementing anything other than protein powder and BCAA's during workouts.
Now that I've started squatting, I know how annoying that must be.
Question.. How far do you guys keep your feet from another when doing squats? Posted via RS Mobile
Wider stance will hit your glutes, groin and hams more, narrower will hit your quads more.
