if u want to rid the belly, it basically all comes down to dieting. Youre going to have to tailor it to your lifestyle.

Also for cardio--im not too sure on its accuracy but this is what ive been doing lately and compounding with my dieting its working-- you should be doing cardio for at least 25 min at about 60% of your max intensity. Supposedly, past that 25min mark youll enter a fat burning zone. Im not 100% on the details of this but look it up.

thoughts on natural test boosters??

what kind of multi do you guys take? bodybuilding.com won't ship orange triad to canada which was strange. They were doing this with animal pak a while ago not sure if they are still doing it.

You can get Orange Triad from svn canada and supplement canada. I've used both OT and Animal Pak. Went from AP -> OT and back to AP. I dont really notice any difference between the 2. It's easier to take the 6 OT pills vs the 11 from Animal Pak....and some of them are massive. I'm going to try Opti by ON next time.

Instead of steady state cardio, you should try sprinting/HIIT instead

Langley fitness world is a pretty decent gym, but definitely lacking when you compare it to Golds, or the Langley Rec Centre (which has all the same equipment as golds)...one thing its missing tho is the racks of weighted barbells , avoid that place from 5-7pm....too packed! parking is also a bitch!
But i can't complain too much since my aunts a Fitness-World trainer, so i pay just over $20 per month

50 a month for me at Goodlife. Pretty handy because I move around a lot and there are locations all across Canada. Finally made it's way out west,

Langley fitness world isn't bad I like it, i've been going for almost a full year now I pay $54 a month for 2 years then it drops to like $22 I love the fact that it's 24hrs cuz I sometimes go real late around 12-1 am cuz it's so dead. I find everyone pretty friendly for the most part haven't fun into any assholes so.... Have gotten some pretty good advice from some of the guys there and the chicks are pretty good looking so that's a plus. If your willing to drive all the way to golds it's probably better I just don't see the point of driving that far when I can do everything at fitness world and save gas

going tonight chest day

Man you move up in weight really fast. What are all the exercises you do for shoulders? Mine are really lagging. I do 65lb dumbbells shoulders press. And last week I tried military press for the first time and could do only 75lbs total...wtf

100+ for shoulders at my gym isn't TOO common but I've scene it enough times.

I find it so hard to move up on any shoulder exercises. I think in 6 months, moved up about 5 lbs, and on lat raises 5 lbs too.

do u ever try and do heavier weight with a spot, lots of people cant think they can do the bigger weights but once you get a spot someone to help you up and guide for the first couple times it helps alot, cant let the weight scare you haha

I love skull crusher, i super set them with close grip press (all with ezcurl bar).
Some times Ill throw in a few bicep curls too.

I usually do shoulder press without a spot, if I had a spot I might be able to push out 55 x2-4
