...Then he wonders why people stare

Off I go! This time I took a 1 scoop of the SUPERPUMP250 I had laying around with my pre-workout BCAA drink. 15g of BCAA and superpump, man what a tasty concoction that is!

I think I might give it a go. Problem is I find the website a little bit confusing as it kind of directs you from one link to another.
What exactly is BCAA? Is that the brand, or a type of supplement?
Also, are you going to train 3 days per wk as the website suggests? I feel lazy if I don't lift atleast 5 days a week.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
what a great workout again!
BTW bcaa is just a standard supplement. Like creatine you can use any brand as long as it's pure.
And lifting 5 days a week is pretty fucking nutso. I think people might even agree with me this time. Although as always, if you're on steroids that changes the game completely, as your physiology is changed completely too. Posted via RS Mobile |

First meal was after workout, at 4pm. That is 18 hours fasted. I had a "ON Hydrobuilder" then a Syntha-6 while I was preparing dinner.
Dinner at 6:30pm was all on BBQ (I love being able to grill all year round ): skewers of lean beef, half an onion, 5 Okra, 1 bell pepper, and half a cup of potatoes. No sauces or anything, just salt, pepper, and some coconut oil.
So far, I am at 139g protein, 48g carb, and 27g fat for about 1100 calories (each one added up rounded, so it might not all work out). Later I am going to have a can of pink salmon, so that brings me up to about 190g protein and 1400 calories for the day.

Trying to get 200g protein each day | I'm trying to get at least 160g each day and its honestly pretty hard. Probably average about 120g a day. Really have to get those meals set consistently.
